Wow...
By reading the name, I thought it would be some sort of reference to Fallout 3, but man, this blew me away. By far one of the best things I've heard second only to ParagonX9 and Cheshyre. Great work, looking forward to something new.
I've actually never played Fallout 3, so nope, it isn't. :(
But I'm glad you enjoyed the song. :)

Very good.
I really like the tag-team of Sanford and Deimos. Kinda sad when he died. But I absolutely hate the new Hank. Yeah he's (kinda) cool, but he has lost many abilities that made this interesting. He can no longer use 2 weapons at once, he seems to make his "crab arm" (Seriously, what were you thinking?) his primary weapon, and he is now gigantic. Not cool. I still liked it, but I could have liked it more. 9/10 for San and Deimos, 2/10 for hank.
